Some resources, like this self guided series to Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery (APPR) from WINGS Across Alabama can help break up the process of creating a self care plan into manageable steps.

If you are a frontline worker in education, behavioral health, or health care, The University of Buffalo provides a robust Self Care Starter Kit online for helping professionals. And through June 30th, 2025, all frontline workers and organizations can access free 1:1 counseling, on-site team support, and professional trainings through Healthy Life EAP.

StrengthenME’s Wellness Resources include additional resources for education, commercial fishers affected by storms, frontline workers, and communities.
